Website traffic

Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network and request information to deliver and protect the site. The operator can view traffic information, including request paths, countries and client IP addresses. The deployed website also loads Cloudflare’s Web Analytics beacon to measure site usage.

The homepage requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to load those resources. Links to Steam and Reddit take you to services governed by their own policies. We do not treat those services’ processing as the same as game data.

Game progress and diagnostics

SolTarot stores profiles, settings and progress on your device. The game also keeps local diagnostic information about game state, events and scoring to help investigate problems.

The current reporting implementation rotates local diagnostic journal files and a small cache of full reports. Previously created legacy files and copies you export are not automatically removed by that rotation. Deleting a run or profile is not a promise to erase every diagnostic file or any copy shared elsewhere.

Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and files you choose to include. We use that information to respond and investigate your feedback. Email providers process messages as part of delivery and storage.

Retention and deletion

We keep support messages and submitted bug reports only as long as needed to resolve requests and investigate related issues, then remove them. You can request deletion of information you sent by emailing [email protected]. Give us enough information to locate the report or conversation, but do not send additional sensitive information.

This applies to information held by us. Cloudflare and email providers process technical records and copies under their own policies and service controls; we do not promise a single fixed retention period for every provider. Copies you export or share through other services are controlled separately. Local diagnostic files use the game’s bounded storage and rotation described above.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Support information is used for responding to requests and troubleshooting. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not email passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Platforms and external services

Google Play and Steam operate their own store, account and platform services under their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace theirs. Features and integrations can differ between SolTarot builds.
